Alonso Santana

My name is Alonso Santana and I am a private music lessons teacher that specializes in Electric Bass, Electric/Acoustic Guitar, Up-Right Bass, and Beginner to intermediate Music & Audio Production. Ive been a musician/bassist for 12 years with experience in performance and touring. I received my Bachelors degree from UCLA in Global Jazz Studies in 2023 with an emphasis in Bass performance and lots of background in arranging and composition. I have a wide range of genres that encompasses a well rounded foundation that allows me to teach almost anything to a wide range of ages. I typically start teaching basic technique and then build a syllabus according to the students likings, goals, and preferences. I like to make my lessons more of a collaborative experience that caters to your likings while still implementing forms of structure and discipline.
