Hi my name is Anthony, I'm an NCSF Certified Trainer with 9 years of experience.

I'm located at The Fit Faction which is located at 127 W 26th St.

I offer an honest PT service tailored towards the individual. I don't believe in the "one size fits all" theory to fitness. I believe every client's body is different and that is how I program for all my clients. I believe that fitness should be used as a form of stress relief.
