Get to know the student first, talk chat, and move into development of strenth and flexability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 200hrs of teaching time under my belt after earning my yoga certification in 2017. I'm now earning, and 1/2 finished wtih my 300hrs of yoga training from Dave's Ashtanga. (One of the best yoga training schools in Phoenix.)
I earned a degree in Cognitive Science from UCSD so I fully understand the brain/body relation. I have a military background, and earned a Black Belt in Tang So Do when I was a 16, so I understand the mechanics of the human body.
