Hello everyone! My personal training focuses on my student's strengths and reasons for learning. I have been doing calisthenic competitions and playing basketball both for 7 years now. I ensure that students are taught from a personalized curriculum that brings them closer to their fitness goals that will prepare and enrich them for life. I am passionate about training people for calisthenics, weights, endurance conditioning, muscle building, toning, weight loss, pretty much getting people healthier and in better shape. I believe I can engage any curious or dedicated fitness person with this eclectic mix of perspectives and experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I test out different exercises modified or with less reps to see what each clients strengths and weaknesses are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently majoring in Kinesiology at Laney College in Oakland. I do calisthenics competitions and do a mixture of endurance and powerlifting exercises.
How did you get started teaching?
I started training some of my friends and then they recommended that I tried training some of their friends and starting a business out of it

With beginners learning to lift and advanced powerflifters
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was part of the Calisthenics Battle League in Stockton and placed first in the Intermediate division for it.
