Keller Chryst QB And Athletic Performance
About
I have experience not only as a coach, but as a player at a high level. I have gotten in to coaching after my playing days because I want to give back and provide proper training to aspirational players.
I enjoy helping other hone their craft. Finding the little victories that can make a huge difference when applied with intention and over time.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we will get in the same page with your personal goals, then get a sense of where you are currently and where you want to go. I am not going to make you in to someone you are not. I want you to be the best you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a college football coach at the University of Wisconsin working with the QBs as well as the DBs. I have experience in a number of training methodologies throughout my football and basketball career. I have also came back from a number of knee injuries within a shortened time restriction.
I graduated from Stanford University with a 3.2 GPA and am SPS Certified.
How did you get started teaching?
In started training my younger brother who now plays QB and Oregon State along with his friends, teammates and local kids back in California. I have also had adults reach out to me for tips and advice.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
There is a lot of ego in this type of industry or people just trying to make money off of kids. A good coach will always be loking at the latest research while adjusting the time tested methods that have shown results.
