NASM educated trainer, a specialist in corrective exercise and kettlebells. Personal training for 7 years plus. I have experience working in big box gyms and also independently. I love helping my clients move better, feel stronger and believe in themselves. Very kind and understanding, not the drill sergeant type but we will work yet and efficiently to reach our goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
30 minute consultation to get to know one another. During the consultation we will go over you goals and your "Why", your "why" is your motivation to start or continue your fitness journey and will be a major motivating factor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified personal trainer through NASM a world recognized organization. Years of customer service and management experience has helped me learn to listen and how to relate to all sorts of people.

How did you get started teaching?
I've been into fitness for over 15 years, friends and family would ask for advice once I got into shape. I helped some family lose some weight and decided to make it a profession. Fitness is my passion and I love being help to people achieve their goals in fitness because it spills over into their everyday life as well.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of students, old to young, beginner to advanced. I use tried and tue methods to achieve results in a safe yet efficient manor.
