My system of preventive and proactive self - defense is based on over 30 years of training of military personnel and civilians, competing in national championships and tournaments, significant military combatant experience and teaching beginners preventive defense technique, so they can learn how to overcome and prevent aggressive and abusive attacks. It is starting from simple movements and going up to a military grade preventive, techniques . It also includes vigorous "boot camp like" physical conditioning, strength and flexibility training.
Specializing in hand-to-hand combate, knife, knifing and short stick. Had been coaching special police forces in former USSR and was once a member of the National Team of the USSR in Marital Arts. I am also currently a Senior Instructor of Tae Kwon Do school in Ashburn, VA teaching kids and group of adults.
