What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Evaluate basic movement mechanics.
Start of with basic human movements and progress into functional movements that translate into different aspects of performance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Asides from being a BJJ black belt and being in the fitness industry for 10 years. I also had the opportunity to be exposed to multitude of soma therapy techniques that truly make a difference in a human body.

$100 if I travel to the client
$80dollars if training client at home
$900 for a pack of 10(travel)/ $720 if the client travels to me. - Expires every month.
This makes clients responsible for creating a habit of healthy living. If you cant dedicate 2-3 training sessions per week, it is unlikely that you will be able to establish a routine that will elicit a change in your health and well-being.
How did you get started teaching?
When I started my martial arts journey at the age of 16 it was a selfish pursuit.
Climbing the ranks, part of the requirement was to teach.
I ended up loving teaching as much as training myself.

From kids to 75 year old lawyers with multiple spinal herniations.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Everyone has a different approach that is required to make changes. Try new things and see what resonates best with you.
