About
My educational background in Health, Physical Education & Exercise Science has given me a diverse and wide range of professional experiences. I have spent over 8 years in the health and fitness industry. Working with diverse populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, sports performance, wellness coaching, yoga, stretching and endurance training.
The last 5 years I have spent teaching. The past 4 years in life skills as a para professional working directly with students who have special educational needs.
I have volunteered for numerous non-profit football camps to help youth in my city bridge the gap between academics and sports.
I have created a number of successful swim programs in the past 10 years. I have been teaching private swim lessons for 14 years.
My my passion for sports and training goes beyond the physical aspect. The development I give my clients&students is not only the physical components but the nutritional, emotional support and spiritual balance needed to be successful.
I love helping others, from swim lessons to putting together workouts, nutrition plans & encouraging people to manage stress in healthy ways. I enjoy all aspects of creating, implementing and helping others achieve their goals.
My passion to see success in others cannot be measured. When a client or student is excited about his or her improvement, I'm excited!
