Hello my Name is Jay Finley. I have been a coach for 10 years. I specialize in Football, Basketball,Track, strength and conditioning,body building, and general fitness.

Jay Finley has played professional football for the Cincinnati Bengals, and Seattle Seahawks. A graduat of Baylor University. Currently trains athletes of all Sports and ages. Over 5,000 athletes has trained with Finley. Athletes that are currently playing professional sports and young sports stars.
