I meet my clients where they are with regards to their fitness level and help them get stronger, more fit and more confident. Boxing literally changed my life by giving me a positive outlet for my daily stressors. Therefore, I am passionate about helping others and teach with understanding and compassion for anyone who is curious about this great sport.
What I like most about my work is seeing the physical and mental transformations that people make. There's nothing more rewarding than empowering other people, helping them to become more confident and live a happier life!

Brian is very personable and easy to work with. Ton of boxing and fitness knowledge. Makes personalized programs ,routines and tons of other ways to get you solid results. I would choose to train with Brian over all the rest hands down.
