Alexandra Kuperman has over twenty years of experience teaching piano instruction in the United States. She received her Bachelors degree from the University of Ukraine in Piano Pedagogy and Music Theory. Alexandra teaches all levels and styles of music. Her main expertise is in piano voice and accordion. She also teaches theory of music composition solfeggio singing ear training children music and songwriting. Alexandra has had many years of experience teaching privately as well as at well-established music schools in Ukraine and United States. She has been teaching piano at St. Marys Hall for over twenty years. Her previous experience also includes piano instruction at Alamo Music Center and private lessons at Monfreys Music Piano Store. Besides teaching at the places listed she also maintained her own piano studio at home. Alexandras main belief is that Music brings joy to the heart. She would like to instill a long lasting positive reception for music to all ages. Most of Alexandras students describe her as caring happy having a good sense of humor and patient. She really wants her students to enjoy music and their lessons. She thinks it is important for kids and adults to find pleasure in learning to play the piano and expanding their appreciation for all types of music. Alexandra combines her classical training and many years of experience to cater to each persons unique interests. She designs programs that fit with the style of music that the students are most interested in learning.
