Hello and greetings!
Just want to introduce myself as I’m new to the Chatt area and new to using Lessons!
As of May 1, I am celebrating my one year anniversary of living in a perfect forest cottage in Rossville. I absolutely love this place!
I’m a yoga teacher, gardener, tarot reader, astrologer, and spiritual seeker. Maybe you’ve seen me at Southern Soul or Yoga Landing, or volunteered with me at Crabtree or Reflection Riding! I love being active in the great outdoors, and using this God-given body to enjoy the bounty of Mother Nature.
These days I’m more focused on my 1:1 work with local people who for one reason or another prefer to do yoga privately with me, kind of like personal training but with yoga.
I mostly work with other intelligent and active women who want to dive deeper (past the physical) into their spiritual self-care by studying the metaphysical side of yoga - I am an expert guide when it comes to listening to the inner wisdom of the body and learning to trust your instincts.
I have a few spots open on my schedule now to work with some new students and would love to connect with people right in my neighborhood. If you’re looking for a physical pathway to a deeper, soulful fulfillment without any religious dogma attached, let me know! Would be happy to connect.
