BodyTrac provides a certified personal trainer to those who may not be able to afford one. For one low monthly payment you get the expertise of the trainer, nutritional help and body composition testing. Each workout is one hour long.
We get to physically help people enhance their personal well being evety single day and under the BodyTrac business model we get to reach MORE members than a normal private trainer. To see people grow mentally and physically day in and day out is it's own reward!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each session includes 30 minutes of guided, heart rate monitored cardio respiratory exercise and culminates in a 30 minute strength training session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each trainer is certified by a private accredited fitness organization

Monthgly plans start at $49 per month wchich includes 1 session per week. We also have 2 day, 3 day and unlimited plans. Monthly plans start at $49 and go up to $189!
