I am a licensed and insured professional in home yoga teacher specializing in assisting individuals one on one.
Many people flourish when they take the time for the inward journey yoga provides with these facilitated classes.
Initial sessions begin with an analysis of your abilities and goals to then create a yoga experience that suits your personality and experience level. I even bring the equipment for adjustments, music and tools you would experience in a group environment.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to find optimal health and well being and helping people getting there is what I enjoy best.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We first schedule a brief phone interview and set up a date and time that works best for you and your schedule. During the initial consultation we review more detailed information about you, your preferences and your goals to then start taking steps to reach them.
