About
We take a systematic approach to skill development. We create a specific plan for each individual to maximize their strengths while working on their personal obstacles. We pride our company on being professional and producing high quality lessons. Each lesson comes with a curriculum. Players will not only be taught new skills but will be taught when to use them, why to use them and how they work.
I enjoy teaching the detailed skills of basketball and helping players achieve their basketball goals, whether that is to make the middle school team, become a varsity starter or play in college. I believe that every players dreams and goals should be taken serious and can be achieved with dedication and the right direction.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When we I begin working with a student we do an initial evaluation training session where, we will run the player through a series of drills and do a short interview with the parent and player, to help figure out the players goals. We offer a free first consultation workout where we will evaluat the player and from there we will then create a player development plan for the player so we can get the best results with our systematic approach.

How did you get started teaching?
I began my player development career 3 years ago with a company called M14 Hoops Indianapolis. Although I had many years of playing experience at the highest level and coaching high school basketball, M14 helped me learn a system to develop the entire player and help players acheive their maximum potential through a evidence based approach. Through M14 I learned how to continually build on players strenfths while helping them overcome their personal obstacles in the individual and group setting.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with Boys and Girls grades 3rd-College.
I have worked with players with no basketball experience and have worked with those preparing to play professional basketball.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise a student to attend a lesson and analyze the coach for right fit with the student. Does the coach have a structured plan for the student and does the coach find ways to help the player understand the skills and hold them accountable to doing them right in a positive environment.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The student should decide if they want to learn new skills to help them grow as a player or if they are just looking for an open gym setting. Our lessons are geared towards helping build players skills and build their confidence to increase their opponents with their school and travel teams. We want to help the player acheive their basketball dreams.
