My mission is to help athletes of all levels become the player they were meant to be and reach their highest potential through individual specialized training. I specialize in basketball skills & shooting, strength & conditioning, and stretching & recovery. Whether you're looking to reach the next level, unlock hidden athletic potential, or live a healthier lifestyle, I will show you how to achieve your goals. Most athletes have barely scratched the surface of their true abilities, and my goal is to show them how to unlock their potential and break through those barriers. It takes a ton of hard work, consistency, patience, and a love for what you do, which is why having a trainer who knows what it takes from personal experience will help turn your goals into reality!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first workout serves as an overall skills assessment and level of strength and conditioning. After determining their current level, I design the workouts with specialized exercises and drills for their current abilities, increasing the difficulty gradually as they level up. The three levels are: beginner, intermediate, pro. For each level, the workouts grow more intense, challenging, and difficult - pushing their limits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been training and studying basketball, strength & conditioning, stretching & recovery for over a decade in order to find the best tools and techniques to reach the highest potential possible. You never know how far you can go unless you keep going, so that has been my obsession as a basketball player and an athlete. I've learned from some of the best professional trainers, coaches, and players, while also learning from trial and error which exercises, drills, and habits produce the best results.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a teacher that is a master of the craft they are teaching to their students. Avoid teachers, trainers, and coaches who never practiced for hours and years to master their craft before teaching others; these people are scammers and frauds.
