I've taught college level classes in self_sefense/MMA, kickboxing, body sculpting, senior aerobics, and mind body fitness/yoga at Paradise Valley community college.
(Personal Training) The first training session we will talk about your goals for fitness and do some basic warmup, fitness training, and end with some stretching.
(Self defence\ Kickboxing) The first training session is an overview of situational awareness, being prepared, and practical applications of stand up fighting (Kickboxing) along with basic ground fighting Self Defense.
