About
I've been involved in many forms of Martial Arts since I was 5 years old. Started with Karate and my passion for Combat Sports took off from there. Started Wrestling and Boxing at the Age of 12. While stationed overseas in Japan I picked up on Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu at the age of 19.
I currently work at a Fitness Center teaching Cardio Boxing and Kickboxing classes, and I've been doing that now for 9 years. I love training people. Especially in Boxing and Kickboxing because it's a passion of mine to teach people something that not only makes them better equiped to defend themselves, but also gets them into better shape mentally, physically, and emotionally.
If you've never experienced a workout like this before you're in for a real treat, but a hard workout. I welcome anyone and everyone from all levels of experience to try it out, and if they don't see results then I'm doing something wrong.
