What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Assess the knowledge and physical ability with the first workout to see how to get started
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional baseball school every Christmas break and summer as well as sun devil baseball school in summer also making and playing semipro at 15, trying out for the Astros at 19 and playing my entire adulthood and coaching numerous teams and individual students.
On the personal training side I have decades of training in hiking, running, lifting, yoga, kayaking, outdoors, baseball, basketball, football. I have lost 50+ lbs myself and have taken classes at NASM, and a current student in ISSA in nutrition conditioning and correct exercise. I can help with your exercise and nutrition needs with your goals in mind.

How did you get started teaching?
With my knowledge of baseball a coach of a little league team asked me to help at the age of 16 and I continued throughout my 20's and into 30's and 40's with my kids and grandkids.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types from 8 yrs old still working on how to throw to helping a high school student get ready for a pro tryout to middle aged women trying to fight aging and weight loss.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Give all out and don't try to show off relaxe and leave it all on the field no regrets
