Spirituality is the cornerstone of my life, this body of knowledge and ability is in the fabric woven together in every session we do together.
I draw knowledge from in my daily life. For me meditation is a tool that touch’s my inner being, it allows me to listen to higher guidance. This is the path I live each day.
My professional education has always been seasoned and shaped by my daily meditation practice, with more than 5000 hours of education I embrace a range of healing techniques that include: Cranial Sacral, Reiki Master, Structural Integration, Frequency specific Micro-current, Body Centered Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Chakra Balance, Soul Retrieval with the work I have developed myself Vortex Pathways CVA; these are among my specialties.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always do a check-in to see why they want these lessons, what is their history with meditation to see where to start them. I.E. NewBe or Seasoned... I like to know what their personal goals are for this work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I wokred with a Healer & Meditation Teacher starting at the age of 19, by the time I was 23, I began my own classes and have been teaching Meditation ever since... the focus is always personalized to the people in each class.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Classes of 6 people or more is $12.00 per person... Private sessions are usually $65.00 and may include a past life regression, personal empowerment techniques etc. based on the opening interview.
How did you get started teaching?
It just came naturally when I was 23... I've been teaching ever since in the US & among my travels in Europe and Australia.
What types of students have you worked with?
I interview everyone... beginners to advanced... it depends on their personal needs at the time of their session.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask all the questions you want... and then keep asking them in every session you have... there is an abandance of information with Meditation ...
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What's important to them learn... why do they want to Mediate?
Then the Mediation can be designed just for them... and they'll get more value from it.
