As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, my ability to create personalized fitness programs for my clients sets me apart from other trainers who use the same, tired, non-effective workouts for each of their clients. Each session is motivating and progressive towards reaching your goals.
I love meeting new people and hearing their "why" behind their desire to train with me. Oftentimes it's a deep rooted desire to be healthier for their families and have more energy and vibrancy for life. I love helping my clients achieve their goals, both inside and outside of the gym.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first session will include a FREE consulation where we discuss goals, perform a simple assessment and set a plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ACE certified personal trainer, nutrition certifications, other fitness design and specialties certifications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Each 30 minute session is priced at $30 and each 45 minute session is priced at $40. Packages can be purchased for deeper discounts!
How did you get started teaching?
My passion for health and fitness has always been a part of my life. After having children and realizing how much fitness affected my recoveries both physically and mentally, I wanted to provide that same awareness for other women. There is a deep connection with how we feel physically and mentally!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of clients. 75 years old who wants to prevent knee surgery, 27 year old training to be a firefighter, bariateic surgery client, client who desires to pack on muscle after eating disorder recovery.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your research and truly connect with your trainer. Make sure they are listening to your goals and needs and create a personalized program from you.
