SME In A Variety Of Subjects

A number of years ago I found out that I truly enjoy teaching. In particular, it was being assigned to a training unit in the Army. It was necessary to go to schools that we refer to as "train the trainer", and learn the techniques that make a good teacher. And no, I was never a drill sergeant, so I was never the guy who stood face to face yelling at someone. What I learned was that I can take skills that I know how to do well, and talk through, show, and then watch it be performed. Next, I discuss corrections to do it better, and then the next thing you know, I've accomplished my goal of teaching others how to do it. I've listed a few things that I can do well and have the ability to impart specific knowledge to help others achieve their goals and desires. I was born an artist, so painting and drawing have always been second nature. I currently do work as a filmmaker. And I learned to golf at the age of four. In these areas of expertise, I've shared tips and techniques with many people who have enjoyed the experience. I think you will too. And I won't make you drop and give me fifty, I promise.
