FitnomadIx is an athletic performance & personal development company based in Tucson AZ. We services competitive athletes ages 9 to 18 years old.

We strive to train our athletes to thrive in their selected sport. But, we only want to work with the athletes that aspire to be the best both on and off the field, track, arena or court! We also strive to help our athletes perform optimally on a mental level! We help our athletes tap into there gritty side when it’s time to grind, while also helping them develop the balance to embrace the chaos when things get hard! Overtime, our athletes develop the ability to make physical and mentally demanding situations, appear to be a breeze! Are you ready for this journey?

But, each session is productive filled with instant gratification of information and skills that you can take and apply everyday!

     Ahmad Grigsby II is the older brother of former running back Nicolas Grigsby 2006-2009 of University of Arizona, former University of Arizona running back Terris Jones Grigsby 2010-2014 and former running back Marcellous Grigsby of Temple University 2007-2010. Ahmad is also a former graduate of the University of Kentucky where he also was a scholarship athlete playing defensive back in 2006-2009. 

    Ahmad believes that physical activity expands far beyond structured exercise. As a heath and fitness coach, Ahmad strives to provide his clients the capacity to exceed their individual goals both inside and outside of the gym. Ahmad is a nationally certified fitness trainer and has over 10 years’ experience in the sports and fitness industry. He also has a proven track record in helping clients achieve their fitness goals . 

     Ahmad's also has the skills to enhance individual players at all positions and teams overall speed, agility, strength and quickness, following other skills such as building positive attitudes, developing confidence, enhancing a team composure level, and also enhancing a team's ability to understand how to have fun while developing a culture of winning both on and off the field.
