In the modern day society, it is easy to feel as if you are lost. The intention of Discovering ME Yoga is to help with the journey back to YOU. Remember friend, you are already whole no matter where you are, and no experience can change this. Through the various services offered, I will assist in bringing light to your strengths and shedding the layers that are no longer serving you. I offer: Yoga Therapy (Private Sessions), Pranayama and Meditation Guidance, and Reiki Healing (In person and Distant Healing). Please reach out if you have any questions on your journey.

In my line of work, it is all about helping others. My goal is to help other's realize what their minds and bodies are capable of. When people finally reach that "aha!" moment, I can see a complete change in them. That is the beautiful reason why I love sharing my knowledge.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I begin working with a new student, it is important to know their experience level with yoga. I also like to gain an understanding of what they are looking for in a practice and if their are any injuries I need to be aware of. This not only helps me connect with my student but also allows me to create a practice specific to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. In this, I learned poses, meditation, breathwork and the spiritual aspects of Yoga. As well, I am a Reiki Master, currently working on receiving my Reiki Teacher certification.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all backgrounds and ages. Yes, this means I have worked with children and adults!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
No matter what, always go with your instinct. If you feel called to work with me, please reach out. However, I do understand that we all need our own teacher's and that I am not a one size fits all.
