Joyful Movements
About
I allow people to move pain free. Many have goals to workout, lose weight, or live a better life, but all of these will be hard with pain. I believe that overall wellness is one of the most important aspects of what I promote. Whether it be fitness, education, or rehab, I will commit myself to care for the whole person. I am deeply passionate about tapping into the strength and resilience of the body. In order to do so, education is key!
I have a degree in Kinesiology that opened my eyes to the intricacies of human movement science. My background in corrective exercise made me passionate about preventing and fixing injuries with myofascial release, stretching, and muscle strengthening. Finally, I worked as a Flexologist (one-on-one assisted stretching professional) in a Stretching studio which grew my love for the benefits of stretching and the long term relief it brings to the body.
