My name is Coach Dion and I currently teach the kids Muay Thai boxing program at Babalus Iron Gym in Cerritos CA.
I am a former Army boxing champion and currently train under MMA legend Renato "Babalu" Sobral.
I specialize in children from 5 to 13 years of age but anyone that wants to live a healthy lifestyle is welcome.
I will create specific programs for the group or individual.
I was a combat instructor in the U.S. Army,
I love giving back, especially to children. Being a single father of two boys, one with special needs, I understand the struggles we as parents face today.
I would create an atmosphere of self confidence and discipline while maintaining a fun environment.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we should have an assement of your goals and physical abilities.
Then we would have a realistic conversation on a program that will show real results.
Finally, we must agree on the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several accolades but what I am most proud off is my Army boxing championship and 3rd place finish in the Brazilian Jui jitsu world championships.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
50 dollars for and individual hour long session with a reduced rate for multiple session.
For example 1 month 4 Saturdays 1 hour sessions 175 dollars.
How did you get started teaching?
I was trained in the U.S. Army as a combatives instructor after several years fightng in amateur circles.
