I have small intimate studio, heated wood floors, teaching yoga and pilates together. Very focused on helping clients use their mind and breathe for their practise. Whether its with my yoga teachings or pilates. I emphasize proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Most people think pilates is all about the "core" but in truth it includes the entire trunk, which is the abdominals, the hips, the inner and outer thighs, and the back.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We talk on the phone, set up a time to meet, then we meet I do an assessment of their physical body. And we will train for 50 minutes.

Bacholor of Science in Education, minor in Health and a certification in Atheltic Training. University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio 1981
I have 500 hours of Yoga Alliance certification, lead workshops and retreats.
