My yoga practice launched 17 years when experiencing difficulty walking up several flights of stairs after a company fire-drill (huffing and puffing!). It became very clear yoga offers many healing benefits extending well beyond the physical poses (asanas). The essence of a consistent yoga practice helps to rediscover your true nature.
Yoga has been an integral part of my journey and look forward to sharing the attributes and gifts of this practice to beginners and dedicated students.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Scheduling a phone call introduction to discuss the student's overall health goals & desired results they would like to achieve. Follow up with an email providing a short questionaire to determine short or long term goals then design best action plan:)

500hr Certifiied Yoga Teacher
250Hr Yoga Therapy completion Dec 2018.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Introductory rate:$30-40/hr
Standard rate: $50-$90/hr depending on travel.
