We are one of the last authentic yoga centers that provide a variety of yoga styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Bath Healing Sessions) combined with our signature Barre- Dance Classes (Yoga Groove) and our healers (massage, chiropractic, hypnotherapy, and naturopathic medicine). Our teachers are respected and highly certified to offer the best instruction in the United States.

I love to change lives for the better! It is that simple. As a former professional dancer / singer, I had to be very aware of health at a young age. After my dance career, yoga was a very natural progression to keep not only my body in shape, but I discovered how important the breathwork and meditation aspect was for complete wellness. I now incorporate all of these aspects within my teachings and I love to watch my students transform. They lose weight, gain a deeper daily breath (which is very important), become more confident, and have a love for life.
