Farm to Table Rustic Farm Style cooking and baking classes. I specialize in French, Mexican and Farm to Table meals. We have a small farm in Aptos, California with 23 animals. We are a family with 7 children and we have a passion for healthy but delicious meals!! We try to cook in an old world style way using fresh ingredients that are family friendly and usually served family style! I love to cook and entertain! Cooking is a love language in my opinion and a life skill that should never be missed!! I can teach one on one or small groups up to 10. My salsa and chips class is a group favorite!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually start by talking to the student and seeing what level they would like to learn at and what cooking style they are interested in. Then we can decide how they want the class to go. I am open to almost any format. Online, travel to them or a farm experience here at our farm. I am a very hands on instructor, you will be doing most the cooking right along with me!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certificate in French Cuisine, 8 years of training in cafes and restaurants, 12 years of cooking classes and currently studying to be a butcher.
