Our Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga sessions help overcome mental and physical burnout, by sharing very simple and approachable mindfulness techniques and movement designed for active people.
Mindfulness is about bringing as much attention as we possibly can into the present moment. Staying present is a skill, it takes training to rebuild our attention.
Our approach is 3 parts:
Incorporate Mindful Movement (cultivate body awareness to improve posture)
Breathing Practices (learn to control the breath, calm the nervous system, bring the mind into a relaxed state)
Guided Meditation Practices (cultivate attention and focus, to be more effective throughout your day)

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A conference call or initial meeting to assess needs and levels.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 and Mindfulness accreditation by Mindfresh
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$110 per hour for 1 person private - $130 for 2 people.
$70 for Mindfulness/Meditation - $85 for 2 people.
How did you get started teaching?
I had been practicing for over 10 years and wanted to make a difference in my life the life of others.
What types of students have you worked with?
From Children age 8 to seniors age 80.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The American Heart Association asked me to lead their yoga class for the annual walk. It was an amazing experience.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Get on a call or request a meeting. It is all about getting a feeling for the teacher.
