I tailor programs based on the student's needs. My certification as an Original Yoga System Teacher Trainer & Yoga Therapist via the Original Yoga System, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist enables me to meet students where they are and guide them to where they need to be. My dedication to my craft has allowed me to work in hospitals, physical therapy centers, universities, and has earned me 1st place in the International Yoga Choreography Competition two years in a row, 2017 & 2018. I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge & helping others alleviate pain through yoga. I come to your home and have studio rentals for your convenience. With over 6 years of fitness experience, I ensure the clients are reaching their goals.

I love working with injured clients, herniated disks, and sciatica because they can feel immediate relief in their bodies. It's very rerwarding to hear a person say "I can finally sleep well"
