As a personal trainer my goal is to help and suggest the importance of nutrition, I have placed myself in a position to motivate, influence and train each client safely by providing exercises programs that is tailored to their needs. Giving people a lifestyle of nutrition,activity, hydration, and regeneration. Using body weight and natural body movements that we used in day to day life. It is a life style to keep you in the best physical and mental condition as we all age. That is my goal as a personal trainer.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First workout is a consultation and it will be no charges
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness, certified Bosu strength and conditioning, certified low back disorders evidence based, Tennis Anatomy, CPR, and i stay current with my CEU credits.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
1 hour an individual 45 dallors there is no charge for going past the hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I also coach after school program's basketball, football, Tennis and i wanted to make a difference in the community
