About
One of the ways our programs stand is we focus on the life skills aspect of the martial arts and we set goals to help them improve physically, mentally and emotional and boost that focus, confidencea and discipline.
We love to help others improve and be the best they can be and the most rewarding part of what we do is to see them to help others acheive what they may have strougled with at one time.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We recommend to do a free trial with an instructor then we can go over our class schedules that works best for that student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are black belts and are experienced instructors in the martial arts. Many of our instructors have gone through CPR and First Aid and have a strong understanding of kinesiology.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Introductory program for $49 which includes a uniform and a week of karate (2-3 group classes). Pricing varies depending on program goals. We will discuss goals and pricing during your first class.
How did you get started teaching?
All of our instructors started teaching martial arts as they were coming near their black belt and continued teaching once they became black belts because they wanted to give back to the lower ranks and to continue their love of the martial arts.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with all ages starting from 3 years old through adults approx 80 years old. We also specialize working with students that have ADD, ADHD, Autism, Aspergers. Our biggest keys in teaching is building life skills (ie. focus, confidence, discipline, teamwork, self-defense).
We welcome adults to train in the martial arts to improve and maintain their physical fitness, releive stress, build confidence and self-defense skills.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
We recommend to visit the school during class times to watch class and to ask questions with an instructor about their specific goals and concerns to make sure you are comfortable in the environment and to ensure the quality of the instructors.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Things to think about prior to contacting an instructor is looking into the commute during the time of travel, flexibility of the class schedule and what am I looking to get out of the program.
