I started working out with Glen a few months ago and although I’ve been very active my whole life I’ve never learnt correct form lifting weights. What I love about working out with Glen is that it’s all about form, form, form! It’s not about following the latest trends but getting back to what’s been tried and tested over time. After training with Glen I leave the gym feeling energized and reinvigorated. I’ve lost 6 pounds and feel that I am now learning how to work out safely with weights. Now I will be able to take this knowledge with me when I travel and walk into hotel gym on my own and know what to do. Thanks for all your training, years of knowledge and for safely pushing me in the gym to reach my goals. I already see changes in my body and can’t wait to see what the next few months bring.

    Frequently asked questions

I first sit and have a conversation of goals. Your current fitness regimen and what your daily life consists of so I can get a better understanding of where you stand today.

Graduate of University of Oregon. Four year college athlete as as Shortstop in Baseball. Three years professionally and I am military vet with elite Special Forces Pararescue Air Force. Been training for 40 years and certified through NASM and ACE.Lifelong competitive athlete and coach.

I am also the Original Bowflex Guy On TV 1998-2002

I charge $100 per workout and a discount on a package of 10 or more. The value is in the experience of you working with a professional.

I have always been a coach and athlete, specifically baseball and started personal training with free weights 20 years ago with the goal to teach others how to do it correctly and avoid injuries while having fun and learning the joy of working out and getting results.

I have worked with beginners, the elderly, the morbidly obese, men, women and teenagers and many different types of clients.

I enjoy watching a good LA Dodgers game!

Understand right off the bat that fitness and health and a nice physique does not happen over night. It starts with the decision to make changes and to be consistently persistent in your voyage to better health. You didn’t get out of shape overnight and you won’t get in it in 30 days. Plan on a good solid year of effort to see lasting results.

What is your #1 goal. How much time daily do you have to workout? How committed are you at this point in life to change your habits for the better?

Are you serious about your time spent as much as I am in helping you?
