Haleh Mahbod Art
About
As an expressionist artist I paint what I feel and this is what I teach in my classes.
You will learn to break the barriers that hold your creativity back, express yourself freely, realize and appreciate your creative process. My classes are held outdoors in a garden setting (weather permitting) where you can fully relax and enjoy painting.
We work with mixed media and focus is acrylic.
I enjoy teaching my students techniques to freely express themselves through art and appreciate different forms of art.
Please check www.halehmahbod.com for more info.
I ONLY teach online one-on-one classes until pandemic is under control. Please contact me if you are interested in one to two hours zoom classes.

My most favorite events are shows where I meet new people. I love getting to know art lovers and exchanging ideas. My most favorite events have always been my open studio shows.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Good art comes from feelings and your heart. You need some techiques but it is key to develop your understanding of colors and good composition and accepting that your art is unique to you. I teach you to paint from your heart. It is not my style to copy others.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
