What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Consult comes first where we sit and talk about my history and how my training works. We then move to your goals any drawbacks or injuries. Then most important why you want fitness training.
We then schedule an evaluation of where you currently stand physically. We do measurements of not only your height and weight but also body fat percentage. Then we go through a series of exercises and stretches to measure strength endurance and range of motion.
I then take that information and begin to develop a training program specific to the person.
