My family has owned restaurants since I was three years old, and I learned how to cook as I learned how to walk and talk. As soon as I was old enough I strapped on my skates and served customers in their cars.
Since that time, I’ve travelled all over the world, sampling the cuisine of many different cultures, and learning that the one thing that brings us all together is a good meal.
I can teach you to cook simple-to-prepare meals for just the two of you, and easy gourmet meals for a house full of party guests. In my professional kitchen you’ll learn how to cook a delicious meal in less time than it takes to deliver a pizza. You’ll learn: knife skills, easy entertaining, and how to clean as you go, so you can spend more time with your family and friends.
