Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will start with a consultation to go over your goals and what you’re looking for from me.
After, I will create a specific training program for your success as an athlete. I will train you smart, push you to your limits, mentor you, and do what’s best for you. You can trust me because we are in this together.
We will meet up to train for 60 minutes and the training will consist of a warm-up, workout (based upon your goals), and pnf stretching to cool down. During our training sessions, I will teach you the mindset it takes to get to the next level, and how to stay focused on your vision and goals.
On the days we do not meet, I will give you training homework to do so you can continue improving. I provide all of my athletes with a completely free custom nutrition plan too. You can contact me at anytime with questions about anything.
