I have been developing choreography for many years (since I was a teenager) and have experience in many styles of dance such as bollywood, hip-hop and latin. I am always striving to learn more dance styles. I see choreography as a very creative process and I am always excited to meet clients and develop choregraphy for them. I have worked with ages 5yrs-85yrs old. When I worked at a dance company I taught kids ages 5-13yrs. In my BollyX classes for adults I teach people 20-50yrs and in my classes for seniors I teach adults 50-85yrs. My choreography clients are usually a mixed age, 20-60yrs old. I love working with this diverse population and have worked with both inexperienced and very experienced dancers. 

I always enjoy leading live Bollywood demos at private events and for fundraisers. I have lead groups (all ages) anywhere from 30-1000 people. The most recent was a Garba (traditional folk dance) event in Monrovia, CA. Videos are available to watch on my Instagram highlights, handle: @richajfit

I think finding a Bollywood dancer/teacher is not difficult in LA; the hard part is finding the right fit and one who can both teach well and who can encourage you.
