My ideal client is 50+, professional success driven, wants change. As well as athletes training for a goal event (running and/or cycling). In early 2019 construction will be complete on my new wellness and fitness retreat offering private training and small group Pilates reformer classes for posture and rehabilitation.

I am enthusiastic about my clients having life-long memorable experiences along their journey to achieving their goals. Client success fuels my enthusiasm to continue assisting others. I can't retire, I've got too much to share with the world and there are so many out there that can benefit from my wisdom, education and decades of experience.

To get started I offer a complimentary 30 minute phone consultation to discuss client needs and goals. Aside from formal education, Bachelor's and Masters degrees, I am a certified strength coach, run and cycle coach, ACSM health/fitness instructor, Stott Pilates trained instructor, corective exercise specialist and sport psychology certificate.

Step 1 is a complimentary 30 minute phone consultation. Step 2, an initial fitness and health assessment, 90 minutes to 2 hours long, is $250. If only a few assessments are requested, and within 60 minutes, step 2 would be $150. Periodic in person, one hour sessions are $85. A package of five sessions is $390.

Online basic training is $150. per month with a $200. initial set up fee to build the online account.

Periodic one hour consultations are $125.

I was an athlete from age 10 through college. After attaining my Kinesiolgy degree from Cal Poly I began in-home training, group training, and taught at a community college part time for 20+ years.

I have worked with clients from high school age to late 70's. Mostly late 40's to early 70's. Most have a strong goal they want to achieve, are dedicated and consistent.

I would advise looking for a professional fitness trainer working full time in the industry. Professional meaning has attained formal education in a sport related field. A masters degree shows a fully committed individual. Your health is important. There are tons of part time trainers who may look fit, are fit, but my lack the proper training to assist others with special needs.
