Greetings!

I am a certified Yoga Practioner and Instructor (500 hours). I have a private practice in the Greater Los Angeles Area. My approach to caring for clients is holistic. I focus on all aspects of one's being: the mind, the body, the spirit.

I am also a certified and licensed Occupational Therapist, receiving my Masters degree from USC. In addition, I received my PhD from USC in Occupational Science, studying engagement in activities as it relates to health and wellness. My post doctoral training was in the field of spirituality and health at Duke University. A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, with training in acting, singing and dance, I rountinely incorporate performing arts into my practice when deemed therapeutic.

I have been successfully assisting people develop and achieve their personal goals for over 27 years. I have expert knowledge in anatomy and physiology, specializing in health promotion.
