Roger Crom Guitar And Vocal Lessons

Roger began taking formal guitar instruction at age seven. It continued until age 12. He has been playing avidly since. He specializes in both acoustic, electric, vocals, and traditional hand percussion instruments. He began singing at a young age, with his dad in a church choir. As he got older, he received vocal instruction in a high school choir. He also has experience with the violin, piano, percussion (which he began playing in his high school marching and concert bands), woodwind, and brass instruments.

Roger is welcoming new students who wants to play the guitar! Lessons are once per week on Monday's, Thursday's, and Friday's (based on availability). If another day is needed, he will try his best to accommodate you. He will give a discount for more than one child enrolled per household. He can travel outside Los Angeles area but compensation for travel may be requested.

While he feels that it's important for the children to possess their own instruments for practice, a guitar (acoustic or electric, as well as amplifiers) may be provided for the duration of the lesson if necessary. Lessons may also include informal vocal instruction if desired. Initial assessment of child's readiness may be required under age 7 for instructional suitability.
