About
My training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York coupled with Bryman College gave me an understanding of how multi-faceted the human body can be mechanically as well as nutritionally. Through my 18 years of experience, I developed techniques of combining the most enjoyable and effective elements of Swedish, Deep Tissue, clinical massage, Lympthatic, and pre-natal techniques to tailor every treatment to each individual’s needs. I am also continuing to broaden my knowledge by teaching other therapists as a clinical massage instructor.
