What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I show students different artists that I feel would inspire them. We start with still lifes and portraits and I introduce different techniques of drawing and painting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a art teacher for the Cultural Affairs Department in Los Angeles. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tufts University majoring in painting and drawing.
