Meeting a client in a gym and working them hard for 60 minutes is not difficult. The reason I have such success with my clients is the work I do outside of the gym.
All my clients get their own app which allows me to help you anytime anywhere. I also work extensively on nutrition.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Everybody I work with is different. The first step is the FREE cosulatation. This allows me to get to know you.
There are so many ways for clients to reach their goals, from where their fitness is, the habits holding them back, injury, fear, lose weight or gain muscle.
Can you go to the gym or do you need to train home, do you hate running or love running, are you scared of weights? theres so many factors to heakth and fitness. My job is to make it simple and take the guess work out of it.
My job is to learn who you are and how you tick so I can build programs based on your needs only.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an exstensive background in Nutrition and Fitness.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If i'm not your right fit no problem, but please make sure you choose a trainer who's qualified.
This is an unregulated industry so anyone who has a six pack can claim to be a trainer, but this is your body and safety at risk.
Make sure you ask where they are studied and if they are insured?
