I am a Level 1 Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation combines pranayama, asana, meditation, mudra, mantra, and the principles of Sikh Dharma in a unique blend designed to awaken the kundalini shakti and raise it up to the 10th gate at the crown chakra. Kundalini Yoga classes are an experience designed to increase one's inner focus and awareness.
I have had a regular Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice since 2010 and it has had a profound effect on my life. My classes are an opportunity for you to become familiar with some of the thousands of kriyas which Yogi Bhajan shared with the world before his passing in 2014. Overtime, you may even develop your own personal practice as I have.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. I lead students through a kriya (kundalini yoga set) followed by shavasana (relax in corpose pose) and a brief meditation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Level 1 Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor and have taken two of the Level 2 modules.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$100 per private session. I currently do not offer public classes.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching as soon as I got certified...actually before. I was on a fast track and led sadhana (the kundalini yoga morning practice) long before I was certified to teach classes.
What types of students have you worked with?
all levels. I am comfortable working with individuals with little or not kundalini yoga and meditation experience.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You will know when you have found the right teacher.
