Hello my name is Danny Torgl, I have been in the fitness industry for over 42 years as a Master of Fitness Training and Competition Coach providing professional fitness training with 1000s of personal training success stories and over 1000 fitness and bodybuilding championship wins.
I have transformed moms, dads and grads and everyone in between. I have an old school approach of training based on form, intensity, nutritional excellence and comraderie toward all in my family. I treat everyone the same and embrace this incredible journey in achieving your personal perfection.
