Yoga for kids is a non-competitive approach to building strength, balance, flexibility & coordination. It's a fun way to increase concentration, while learning about kindness and compassion.
Yoga is for everyone -- old and young!
Rachel is a 200hr certified yoga instructor and active member of the Yoga Alliance. As a children's gymnastics coach, she understands age development of fundamental movement skills. The class will include art, stories, yoga games, and relaxation techniques.
Classes will be held at Killefer Park over two sessions in the summer.
